Losing the rental car, being banned from the rental company, and moving in with my father at 28 years old has absolutely rattled me to the core. Although like everything, I’m beginning to adjust to this lifestyle, even as I fight the adjustment tooth and nail, and try to maintain a sense of urgency and not lapse into the complacency of day to day living. By far the worst, was day one, the depression and anxiety bubbling up from my stomach felt crippling. I was aware for some time this may happen. The entire 6 hour drive from Dallas Texas was spent mentally preparing for the days, weeks or possibly months ahead. I was able to sleep off the first day, and began to tentatively feel out my environment, from which I developed a strict system designed to improve myself, with a focus of getting back on track. The next day starts before my head even hits the pillow at night. I feel that is is very important that I nail my nightly routine, so the day transfers to the next. My day starts at 6am, after a refreshing cup of water and reviewing my To Do list, I dig into “The Morning Brew”, an email newsletter covering the latest news from Silicon Valley to Wall Street. From there I find it easier to hone in on my day entering flow state by reading a few chapters from a book pertaining to current lifestyle while taking notes, currently I am reading “The Art of Talking to Anyone”, written by Rosalie Maggio. I never attended college but I consider self education to be very important, I like to keep my brain active and challenged, in one such instance is learning the Persian language. I’ll spend around an hour each day studying language. I try to stay as active as possible, before the morning starts to warm up, I’ll lap the front yard at a brisk pace 20 times, roughly two miles, all the while listening to a YouTube video or podcast pertaining to what Book I am reading that day. If my father is home, he will serve breakfast, if not than I will forage for some can-food. Depending on how foggy I feel at this point, I may make some coffee. From here I work on my TO Do list for the day, I’ve been learning how to market myself on social media, how to use twitter and Reddit, more on that later on. What I look forward to most in my day is exercise, I set aside two hours a day, my excersice time Varys, depending on the weather. I exercise each day right before peak high temperature, this due to me showering outside with a bucket and cold water from the backyard faucet. Daily excersice consists of 58 Pull-ups, 360 Push-ups, 40 Burpees, 200 Lunges, 300 Mountain Climbers, and a 1 mile run around the front yard, sometimes with hill sprints added in up and down the concrete driveway. After the bucket shower, I like to spend another hour or so in deep learning, around this time dinner is served. After downing some coffee, I finish my day off working on social media, answering messages on Snapchat, Instagram and onlyfans, I’ll write a blog post as well if i can make the time for it. It is important that what I cannot finish during the day, is passed on to the next in a comprehensive TO DO list.
