8:30am. It is Tuesday and I feel fantastic! Watched the new Rick and Morty episode last night, I did not enjoy it all sad to say. I don’t typically watch Rick and Morty for its humor, I think I’ve only laughed once the entire show. However I am a religious watcher and snap up every episode as soon as it is availiable on YouTube for purchase ($2.99 per episode) I really enjoy the sci-fi bafoonery they get up to, seeing the new weird worlds, aliens, wacky adventures. This particular episode played out too much like a soapbox, lot of standing around and talking, maybe I just don’t get subtle humor or pop culture references. That being said, I also do not enjoy watching shows like Tom and Jerry where it is a lot of noise and nonsense no real substance. So it’s not like I’m only drawn to flashing lights and loud zaney sounds. I was able to enjoy the show as much as I could with one of my favorite snack combos, a bag of Doritos chips, party size of course, and three white cans of Monster. Sure to be leaving my gut feeling a bit queasy the next day, as it currently does lol. As I mentioned earlier I feel great! I must have woken up on the right side of the floor this time, or more likely it is due to me being a trooper and grinding out 32 sales pitch, with 60 conversations setting up the sales pitch, exhausting and maddening but afterwards, what a great feeling to have accomplished such a mammoth task, now I just need to do that every day! Establish the operational baseline and move the rung up. Assault, consolidate gains, assault! I am no stranger to hard work, my life is currently hard because I have no aversion to pain and suffering, im built like a tank and can chew up and spit out whatever comes my way, with a smile no less, I have a high pain tolerance, and this seems to be essential in business. I can’t pay my employees enough to do what I do, they fatigue pretty quickly under the sheer monotony of doing the same thing over and over and over and over, it’s a challenge I did not expect, is making their jobs engaging and interesting. There is power in volume, doing one thing 20 times getting piss poor results, vs doing the same thing 10,000 times and getting amazing results! They say congratulations you are successful what do you do? I do what you do, just 1000X the volume of what you do, which can be achieved simply by hiring and training employees. As they say, money buys time, hire an employee to do exactly what you do in 8 hours, you have just doubled your day by 16 hours, add another, you have just made your work day 24 hours and so on. And in such a way, what would take one person years to accomplish, takes the business owner 1 week with a team of employees. Enough rambling, I must work.
